The National Gallery of Jamaica (NGJ) is pleased to announce its 2025 open call for submissions, for the upcoming exhibition, “One Nation, New Symbols,” scheduled to open on September 29, 2025.

This exhibition invites Jamaican visual artists to submit artworks that explore national identity, cultural representation, and social discourse using symbols associated with Jamaican culture, or suggesting the consideration of new ones.
